Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Deposits

To confirm your slot on a Plus530 Adventure expedition, a booking deposit is required at the time of registration. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days prior to the departure date.

2. Cancellation Schedule

• 30+ days prior to departure: 90% refund of the total trip cost.
• 15–29 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
• Less than 15 days prior to departure: No refund will be issued due to non-refundable 4-star resort and permit bookings.

3. Event Postponement or Force Majeure

In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, landslide blockades, or government restrictions, Plus530 Adventure reserves the right to adjust routes or reschedule the expedition. In such cases, full trip credit will be issued towards a future expedition.
